This site asks for very little and uses it for one thing: replying to you. Here are the rules, short and without fine print. Last updated: October 30, 2026.
Who is responsible

What I collect
Only what you write yourself, in two forms:
- Free review (/diagnostico-gratis): name or nickname, what system you run, what it is costing you, the channel you prefer for contact, and the detail for that channel (phone, email or handle).
- Contact form (the "Let's build together" button): name, email or Telegram, project type, budget range, priorities and your message.
And the recommendations published in the Reviews section, explained further down. No passwords, no card numbers, no sensitive data. If you send them anyway, I delete them.
Why I use it
- To reply and give you the review or quote you asked for.
- To run the project, if we end up working together.
- To tell your case publicly as an example — only if you tick that box in the free review form, and without your name unless you say otherwise.
Nothing else. No mailing list, no ads, no selling or renting data, and no automated decisions about you.
Legal basis
Your consent. Sending a form is your permission, and you can take it back whenever you want.
Who else sees it
Your data passes through three hands, and none of them use it for their own purposes:
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com/privacy): receives the form and forwards it to my email. It keeps a copy in its dashboard under its own policy.
- Cloudflare: serves the site and keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page) for security and uptime.
- My email provider: where the forwarded message lands.
No analytics, no social pixels, no advertising.
How long I keep it
One year from your last message if nothing moves forward; after that I delete it. If we work together, for the length of the project plus whatever the law makes me keep (accounting records, for example). Recommendations stay up until you ask me to take them down.
Cookies
One: access. It opens a private note without asking for the password on every page. It is technical, lasts 7 days and tracks nothing. That is why there is no cookie banner here.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you what I have, correct it, delete it, stop using it, or take back your consent. Message me on Telegram and tell me what you need.
If you are not happy with my answer, you can go to the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPD) at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Peru.
Deleting your data
This is a commitment, not a vague gesture.
- Message me on Telegramwith the word "data" and tell me what to remove.
- Within 7 business days I send you an email confirming what I deleted and on what date. Give me an email address in the chat, and that email is your receipt.
- If your name is in a recommendation or a published case, it comes off the site the same day. Search engines and saved copies can take a few days to catch up; that part is out of my hands.
- The only thing I keep is what the law makes me keep, such as accounting records.
Recommendations
The reviews in the Reviews section are recommendations people left me on LinkedIn. I republish the name, role and profile link that came with each recommendation. If you delete your recommendation on LinkedIn, or simply change your mind, message me on Telegram and it comes off the site the same day.
Minors
This site is for people hiring services. I do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you think I kept data from a minor, tell me and I delete it.
Changes
If something changes, I update the date at the top. The version published here is the one that counts.
